How do I track my order?
Once your order ships you will get an email with a tracking link. You can also check its status any time from your account.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as you can with your order number. If your order has not shipped yet we will gladly update or cancel it for you.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes. You will receive a confirmation email right after checkout. If it does not arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact us.
Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 1 to 2 business days. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer free shipping?
Free shipping applies to qualifying orders. Your available shipping options and costs are shown at checkout before you pay.
Do you ship internationally?
We ship to many countries. Enter your address at checkout to see the shipping options and delivery estimates available for your location.
What if my package is delayed or lost?
If tracking has not updated for several days or your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier.
Returns
What is your return policy?
You can return unworn items with their tags within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Send us a message with your order number and the item you would like to return. We will reply with simple step by step instructions.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is sent to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.

You will see every available payment option at checkout, including major cards and other methods supported in your region.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Checkout is encrypted and your full card details are never stored on our store.

How do I choose the right size?
Open the Size Guide on any product page for measurements. Our oversized styles fit roomy, so size down if you prefer a closer fit.
How should I care for my order?
Machine wash cold with similar colors, turn garments inside out, tumble dry low and avoid bleach to keep them looking their best.

Do I need an account to place an order?
No. You can check out as a guest, but an account lets you see your order history and check out faster next time.
How do I reset my password?
Choose Log in, then Forgot your password, and enter your email. We will send you a link to set a new password.
